Get onto the big bridge in the southeast corner of the map (the one that isn't near the escape boat). 2 > There are three bridges over the river: a narrow one, and two big ones. Search the cupboard in the room with the two officers to find the Book. Walk on the path between the water and the yellow building, then go around the corner and enter this yellow building. Cross the narrow bridge, and the immediately turn left, and pass the stairs on the right.
